All sales are final
Koja Scripts sells digital goods — FiveM scripts, MLOs, vehicle and clothing packs, and bundles — that are delivered instantly through our payment provider, Tebex (Overwolf Ltd.). Because these Products cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or activated on your server, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit once an order is completed.
This policy is consistent with Tebex’s standard Terms and Conditions and the digital-goods exemption under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content supplied immediately with the buyer’s prior consent.
Before you buy
Please make sure that:
- your server framework (ESX, QBCore, QBOX, standalone) matches the product page requirements;
- you have read the dependency list and feature list of the Product;
- you have reviewed the screenshots, gallery and any preview video available;
- you are comfortable with the Product being escrowed where applicable.

Limited exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement in the following narrow situations:
- Duplicate transaction. You were charged twice for the same Product because of a payment provider error.
- Product not delivered. Your payment cleared but the Product never appeared in your Tebex account and we cannot deliver it after investigation.
- Critical undisclosed defect. The Product does not function as described on its product page on a supported framework, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (Tebex transaction ID) and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for logs, screenshots or temporary server access to reproduce the problem before approving a refund.
What is never refundable
- Change of mind or no-longer-wanted purchases.
- Incompatibility caused by third-party scripts, frameworks or custom modifications not officially supported by the Product.
- Loss of files on your side after delivery.
- Server bans, ToS violations or account suspensions unrelated to our Products.
- Active subscription periods that have already started — subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals but past payments are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscription Products renew automatically on the cycle shown at checkout (typically monthly). You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Tebex Customer Portal and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund of any payment already made.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent termination of all licences associated with your account and a ban from our store and Discord. If you believe an order is incorrect, please reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved within a few hours.
How to request a refund
If you believe your situation falls under one of the limited exceptions above, open a ticket in our Discord (https://dc.kojascripts.eu) and include:
- your Tebex transaction ID (looks like
tbx-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX); - the name of the Product;
- a clear description of the issue with screenshots/logs where possible.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Tebex and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
