1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Koja Scripts(the “Website”) and any digital products, downloads or services we make available (collectively, the “Products”). By visiting the Website or completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Koja Scripts. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Payments and order processing
All orders are processed by our payment provider, Tebex (Overwolf Ltd.), via their Headless Checkout platform. By completing checkout you also agree to Tebex’s Terms & Conditions and their Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment card details — payment information is handled directly by Tebex and its upstream processors.
Prices are displayed in EUR by default and may be converted to other currencies at checkout. Final amounts charged to your account may vary slightly based on bank/processor exchange rates.
4. Licence and permitted use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all Products are licensed — not sold — to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis for use on FiveM servers you operate or directly manage. You may:
- install and run the Product on the number of FiveM servers indicated on the product page;
- configure and modify any unprotected (non-escrowed) parts of the Product for your own use;
- receive updates and patches for the duration described on the product page.
You may not
- redistribute, resell, leak, share or sublicense the Product in whole or in part;
- attempt to bypass, decompile or reverse-engineer FiveM’s escrow protection;
- use the Product for any unlawful, harmful or infringing purpose;
- use the Product to violate FiveM, CFX.re or any third-party Terms of Service.
Violation of these restrictions immediately terminates your licence without refund and may result in an account ban from our store and Discord.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally and become available in your Tebex account immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases of delay (e.g. payment review), delivery may take up to a few hours.
6. Refunds
Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please see our Sales and Refunds policy for the full details and the limited exceptions we honour.
7. Support and updates
We provide support for installation and configuration issues via our Discord server at https://dc.kojascripts.eu. Support is best-effort and is provided during the hours listed on our website. We do not provide custom development as part of a Product’s base price.
8. Intellectual property
All Products, source code, graphics, audio, models, brand assets and the Website itself are the property of Koja Scripts or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence described in Section 4.
9. User accounts and conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CFX/Discord account credentials used to sign in to our store. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or revoke licences if you engage in fraudulent behaviour, chargeback abuse, harassment of staff, or breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Products and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration or future FiveM update.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koja Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to that claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and the “Last updated” date is revised. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
